Shipping Address :

Well ONLY ship the item to your PayPal Confirmed Address, soplease make sure your shipping address is correct before you buy an item.

If the buyer needs the item shipped to a different address (not PayPal confirmed address), the buyer is responsible to contact us before purchasing the item.

We have NO responsibility for shipping items to a wrong address when the address is provided wrongly by buyer or buyer did not provide us the correct address when shipping address is different from PayPal Confirmed Address.

Shipping Time /Delivery Time :

We try our best to ship out same day for payment cleared before 5:00 PM (Pacific Time),otherwise, we will ship on next working days.

Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working business day. We use USPS with Delivery Confirmation. However, shipping methods can be different for some listed products so please make sure to check the shipping description for your order. Replacement / Exchange :

We only accept exchange or replace item within14 daysafter the customer receives merchandise.
Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons. NO exception.
We will process RMA within 7-14 days after we receive the item back. We exchange or replace an item ONLY when the item is in the same original condition as when we shipped out. NO exception.
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise MUST be in the original unused condition only.

* ALL ONE SIZE WOMEN CLOTHING ARE FINAL. We will only accept returns for one size products if the product was sent out damaged.(Which rarely happens with our product, since we check several times before we ship items out and keep photos of each sold items).
