Mini skirt by Comptoir des Cotonniers.  There is thin quilting detail at the waist.  There are two pockets.  The skirt is fully lined and has a concealed back zip.  To me the color is a brown that varies depending upon the lighting can look like a taupe gray.  It may be worn as a mini - I wore it over leggings.

Size: 38 which per the brand's website is about a US size 6.  I have included a photo with a tape measure at the waist for reference.  In my opinion this brand runs small. There is also a tape measure along the length.

Fabric content per tag:  75% Viscose, 21% Polyester, 4% Elastane, Lining: 100% Polyester

Previously worn in good used condition - no stains or tears.
