The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping insurance; if a package is received damaged the purchaser is also responsible to imitating the claim at the receiving end. Please note keep all original boxes and packing, because these items have to be viewed by the carrier for the insurance claim. We box all items in a single wall box with foam and or paper packing.
