This bdc can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this bdc must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.

If this bdc has been installed, programmed, coded, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

See warranty details below for coverage after installation. You are responsible to carefully review the photos. No returns will be accepted for cosmetic defects that are clearly photographed.

This bdc is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 30 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this bdc has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.

At a minimum, supporting documentation should include records of proper installation and procedures performed by an ASE or BMW certified facility, along with clear documentation of the failure mode.

Known issues inherent to this bdc may not be covered.
